Mantis Chapter is the Order of the Arrow equivilent to the Charter Oak District within Connecticut Rivers Council, Scouting America. The Chapter itself is a smaller part of Tschitani Lodge, and covers most of the Hartford County area. One of the largest and most active Chapters in Tschitani Lodge, Mantis Chapter regularly holds online meetings and in-person events.
To be a member of Mantis Chapter, you must be a member of the Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society. You also must reside in the green area on the map below (the Charter Oak District).

Luca Corticelli
Chapter Chief
Luca's goal for 2025 as Chapter Chief is to make Mantis Chapter a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported, encouraging members to grow and take on greater roles in The Order of the Arrow.
Luca also oversees all Chapter operations, leads all Chapter events, and represents the Chapter on the Lodge level.Â

Daksh Singh
Chapter Vice Chief of Program
Daksh's goal for 2025 as Chapter Vice Chief of Program is to foster a stronger sense of brotherhood and engagement within the chapter by encouraging participation in Lodge and Chapter events.
Daksh also plans activities for Chapter Meetings and Events and fills in for Luca when he can't attend Lodge developments.

Kaelyn Norton
Chapter Vice Chief of Communications
Kaelyn's goal for 2025 as Chapter Vice Chief of Communications is increasing active participation in meetings and chapter fellowship events to best engage members in The Order of the Arrow and Scouting as a whole.
Kaelyn also manages the Chapter's social media presence, works on Chapter outreach, and helps plan Chapter events.

Drew Carmon
Chapter Vice Chief of Administration
Drew's goal for 2025 as Chapter Vice Chief of Administration is to build helpful resources and a better administrative structure that will not only serve the chapter in the present, but also in the years to come.
Drew also manages the website, makes presentations and other resources for the Chapter, and manages elections.

Jack Ryan
Chapter Vice Chief of Elections
Jack's goal for 2025 as Chapter Vice Chief of Elections is to create strong, meaningful elections within the Chapter by gathering election teams, hosting trainings, and organizing contact between Scouting units and the OA.
Jack also manages the Chapter Election Team, coordinates Unit elections, and works on Chapter outreach.
